LVT (Luxury Vinyl Plank) is taking over the market due to its appearance, waterproof core technology, wear layer and attached cushion. This makes the product superior to other flooring on the market today. It does not hold allergens like carpet, puncture or stain like vinyl, seams will not separate due to the locking technology, planks will not peak or warp due to water damage and the attached waterproof cushion gives it a sound barrier and soft warm feeling to walk on, unlike tile.

This all depends on the project, type of installation, preparation, existing flooring that has to be removed, patching, and chosen product availability.
Please have the rooms we are doing work in cleaned up and emptied out. Be prepared to avoid activity in those areas until install is complete
Wet jet swiffer for LVT & Bona or dry swiffer for Hardwoods
Yes, although we try to keep the work area as clean as possible, and dust to a minimum, we do have tools and saws that create dust.

I hired Gregg in July to install an over the range microwave that had never been there before. He came to look at the area and did the install involving new electrical hookup, venting and all. I work outside of my home so I trusted Gregg to access my home and it definitely wasn't a disappointment! He meticulously cleaned up the mess and took away all the trash. Gregg installed laminate flooring in my kitchen and engineered hardwood in my living room a few years ago and he recently installed a new kitchen counter. My husband and I bought a fixer upper house and had our entire house gutted and renovated by our contractor. Needless to say when the house was almost done we realized that we had problems already with our flooring that the contractor had installed. There were a lot of low spots that weren't prepped right and areas where the floor was separating already. When we decided to fight my contractor on this and get another floor person's take on it we went back to the place where we purchased our floor and asked if they knew of any contractors that were specifically for flooring. They recommended Greg. He came over to our house and was very polite, professional and honest to us. He explained and pointed out all the mistakes from the previous contractor and also told us that our floor was also installed backwards which the only person who would know that is a good flooring person. At this point we were so overwhelmed after hearing this news as you can only imagine. We were so incredibly thankful for Greg because at the time our contractor was refusing to fix the problem and Greg knew how stressed out we were about this and he was willing to meet with our contractor and tell him what needed to be done to correct the problem and make this right by us. After all it was a huge expense on our part and we wanted it done right. So after going back and forth with the contractor he finally agreed to hire Greg to take out the entire 2000 square ft of flooring and redo it. We will forever be grateful to Greg for not only taking on someone else's bad work to fix but for always maintaining a high quality of professionalism and work ethics.

He does AMAZING work and when our house was finally done the correct way we couldn't be any happier. Greg knows his products and is one of the best at floor installation. Since doing my floor he installed LVT at my Mom's house as well as my daughter's. He is definitely our go to person for flooring. If you are looking for quality work, an honest person and a true floor professional Greg is your person. I can't say enough good things about him. We had American Contracting (LVT guy) come over to help with flooring ideas when we did our complete kitchen remodel. Because of the size and number of pets they suggested a very durable bamboo flooring. We loved it so much that the kitchen floor turned into the dining room, the foyer, the stairs, and two hallways. They worked well with the other contractors doing the kitchen to get the job done in no time. It really came out beautiful. Their skill and attention to detail was impressive. They also truly stand behind their work. This flooring is actually holding up better than the oak hardwoods in the living room. When you think of how much of your life you spend on the floors in your home it's important to get it right and they did.
